By submitting this registration and making payment, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Registration and Payment

• Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of the full course fee.
• Full payment is required before any course materials, study resources, or access to the program will be provided.
• The Academy reserves the right to withhold all course materials until payment has been received in full.

Course Materials

• Study materials are issued only after full payment has been received and verified.
• Once course materials have been released, the participant’s enrollment is deemed final and irrevocable.

Practical Session

• Participants are responsible for attending the practical session on their scheduled date.
• A participant may request to reschedule the practical session to a future available date, subject to seat availability and the Academy’s approval.
• The Academy does not guarantee availability of the participant’s preferred rescheduled date.

Refund, Cancellation and Transfer Policy

• All fees paid are final and strictly non-refundable.
• No refunds, whether full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation by the participant, non-attendance, withdrawal from the course, scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, or failure to complete the program.
• Registrations are non-transferable and may not be assigned, exchanged, or transferred to another individual or another course.
• No credits, exchanges, or substitutions will be provided.

Academy Rights

• The Academy reserves the right to amend course schedules, practical session dates, instructors, or administrative procedures when necessary.
• The Academy’s total liability, if any, shall be limited to fulfilling the educational services described in the course registration.
